"Saint John Boom"

Saint John New Brunswick is getting a "BOOM" in there city by stores and new factories and many others.If you are not formally with Saint John is know as a really bad place with a lot of people on the street or on welfare.So in this Boom is it really effecting Saint john or the out side of Saint John.I feel like Saint John need to stop building and helping the poor and the people on Welfare.Think of it this way we need to pay taxes but we are getting in the whole with paying on are bills.This reason is because most of Saint John people are on Welfare or they only make like 25,000 a year.So if they really think about it try to get people off welfare and then they will get out of the whole and people can support more thing because they have money.I think in this community will learn the hard way and we will learn from are mistake that my opinion.
